The purpose of this role:
The Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of STADIO to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete sales/ enrolments to meet your campus target
- Conduct effective student consultations to ensure successful applications and registrations
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure effective communication with prospective students
- Conduct calls on behalf of the institution, school and relevant campus
- Conduct school marketing on behalf of the institution as per relevant manager instruction
- Provide relevant support to campus sales and marketing events through social media and campus marketing activations
- Complete effective sales administration through use of CRM recording and adhere to relevant document tracking and contract protocol
- Provide support to the registration process
- Generate statistics using CRM to contribute to the sales reports
- Provide relevant feedback on campaigns and prospective student interactions to the student recruitment manager
- Travel within South Africa to represent the institution
- Adhere to the relevant sales processes and governing policies
- Provide outstanding service and support to all prospective students to ensure a positive student experience
Requirements:
- Applicants should have a related post-matric qualification
- Experience within the tertiary education or fashion industry would be advantageous
- Extensive networks within Fashion, Arts & Design would be advantageous
- A proven sales track record would be advantageous

STUDENT RECRUITMENT/SALES MANAGER (HATFIELD CAMPUS)
- Hatfield, Pretoria
The purpose of this role is to:
- To operationalise the campus level execution of the Marketing action plan
- To operationalise the Student Recruitment action plan at a campus level and contribute directly to the achievement of student recruitment through the achievement of the campus-based targets
- To quality assure secondary school interactions and various other activations/promotions within the targeted region for the campus through networking and ensure effective and accurate school presentations and lead gathering
- To ensure the campus Student Recruitment Advisor team provides effective career advice and guidance to prospective students to ensure a seamless student experience
- To quality assure accurate recording and administration of all recruitment processes
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Obtain STADIO National Marketing and Student Recruitment objectives, targets and parameters
- Review environment trends and historical information relevant to the School
- Develop the School’s Marketing Student Recruitment strategy and action plan and obtain approval as per the agreed planning process
- Regularly review the relevance of the strategy and action plans and amend
- Ensure that accountability for all aspects of the plan is clear and measurable

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (KRUGERSDORP)
The purpose of this role:
We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with the BSSIS (Business Support Systems and Innovation Specialist) and Product Owners throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g.Java, JavaScript and PHP), we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve users and business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with BSSIS and HEAD IT (DL) to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications and instructions.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs mainly using (API)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Requirements:
- 3 Year diploma (NQF 6) / degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the IT / Technical environment of which 1 year should be in the solution architect environment.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. PHP, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Laravel, Spring, Git)
- Experience with MYSQL and Oracle databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

ENGLISH HOME LANGUAGE LECTURER (MUSGRAVE CAMPUS)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lecture and assess contact learning and distance learning students in the Foundation & Intermediate Phase programmes in English Home Language modules
- Perform the role and responsibilities of module coordinator (MC)
- Use a learning management system independently and/or work collaboratively to develop and deliver modules
- Compile teaching, learning and assessment materials
- Participate in curriculum development
- Carry out allocated internal moderation responsibilities
- Participate in school-based Teaching Practice assessment
- Provide academic support to students
- Complete all Quality Assurance requirements related to the modules
- Participate in research projects
- Fulfil all reasonably expected administrative functions relating to the position and as requested by the relevant line manager
Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor of Arts Honours with a focus on English Home Language or equivalent qualification with relevant study in English Home Language
- Relevant lecturing experience in tertiary institutions
- Teaching experience in primary and/or high school would be an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of English Home Language

The purpose of this role:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for administration related to examinations and graduations.
