DETAILS
The College has accommodation available for contact learning students who wish to reside in close proximity to the campus. The accommodation is in two blocks of flats situated in Windsor East about 5 kilometres from the campus, close to shops and other amenities. There are single and sharing flats available. Interested students should apply for accommodation on registration. Accommodation is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to availability.
Lease agreements are for 12 months and are renewable each year on the condition that rent payments are up to date and that the students’ academic status has not changed.

RATES
Rent at the College flats is subsidized by the College and is kept as affordable as possible. The rent includes water but electricity is provided on a pre-paid meter system. Rent is payable in advance by 7th of each month.
A deposit is payable on confirmation of occupancy and is equivalent to one month’s rent. Deposits are refundable on vacating the flat on condition that all keys and remotes are returned to the College and that the flat is left in good condition.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Students who abuse flat facilities in any way will be asked to vacate their flat immediately.
In order to uphold our Christian witness, tenants and their guests are requested to act in a manner that will not annoy or inconvenience any other tenants or neighbouring residents and will not bring the College into disrepute.
A comprehensive list of rules and requirements pertaining to the occupation of flats will be given to students when they sign their lease.
