The current local and global context of rapid change and intensifying international economic siege of the country requires managers to develop particular skills to sustain organizations and achieve national prosperity. The programme provides the University with the opportunity to take a lead and more actively participate in the process of transformation and economic growth.

The courses are, therefore, designed to broaden the student’s perspectives, continually update knowledge and competence, as well as, fill the gap for strategic management in the market. The programme leads management to new ways of doing business, including best practices, as well as maintaining flexibility to meet the continuing challenges of change.

To be admitted to the Master of Science in Strategic Management Degree Programme, a candidate must:

  1. Normally be in possession of a good relevant first degree pass.
  2. Provide two references certifying the candidate’s ability and suitability to undertake the Programme.
  3. Have at least two (2) years relevant experience gained in a managerial/supervisory capacity
