STEP 1

APPLY

All our Full-Time courses require an R5500.00 registration fee (non-refundable) The proof of payment must be sent to our Career Advisors. This fee will place the student’s name on our list for that specific course. A provisional acceptance, student loan or VISA acceptance letter will be sent out which can also be used should the student wish to apply for funding from a financial institution, student visa, etc.

STEP 2

ENROL

All the full-time courses require a course deposit of R25,500.00. This deposit must usually be paid within 30 – 60 days of acceptance (prior to the student commencing with her/his course) or as alternatively arranged with the Career Advisor. The registration fee of R5500.00, any discount or enrolment specials will be deducted from the full course amount once the enrolment contract and supporting documents have been submitted in full. The full deposit must be paid in order to qualify for any discounts or enrolment specials. Thereafter the first instalment will be due in the first month of intake. The first payment made towards the deposit will automatically guarantee the students enrolment.
FOREIGN STUDENTS
Foreign applicants need to apply for a student visa through their respective embassies. Prospective students are to complete the application process in order to receive the necessary documentation to be submitted to their embassy or the Department of Internal Affairs.
TRANSFER STUDENTS
Students who have completed certain components of studies at other accredited institutions, may apply to transfer their credits to International Academy, and apply these towards their chosen programme.
They will be required to submit a letter of reference and statement of results from the training institution, which will be evaluated by the head of academics. An interview with the head of academics or principal of the campus will be required, to ensure that the right programme has been selected for RPL (recognition of prior learning). The usual admission requirements are applicable. Student admissions are at the discretion of our institution.
