1.Intake Application Form: Download Intake Application Form from the college website: http:// www. mutarepolytechnic.ac.zw. or obtain Intake Application Form from Admissions Office.
2.Intake Application Form Fee: A $10.00 non-refundable is to be paid before the Interview Day and paid through the following Acc: Name: Mutare Polytechnic, Branch: CBZ Mutare, Account Number:
01320260170030.
3.Submission of Application materials: After completion of form, attach certified copies of Academic and Professional qualifications; National Identity Card; Birth Certificate and proof of payment of the Intake Application Form and post to given address.
4.Certifying of Documents: To be done by Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) or Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS).
5.On the Day of the Selection Interview:, Applicants should bring original copies of their Academic and Professional documents, National Identity Card and Birth Certificate for verification purposes and suitability determination.
6.Course Tuition Fees: For successful applicants the following fees are applicable:

8.Selection Interviews Dates: Engineering, Civil and Construction Engineering and Research
Education and Enterprise Development will be on 4 April 2019, while interviews for
Commerce and Applied Arts and Sciences will be conducted on 5 April 2019. Commencing Time 0800hrs.
