Before you download the application form, please remember that you need to do the following:
• Complete the application form.
• Attach a certified copy of your identification document (ID). Note that a driver’s licence is not accepted.
• Attach a certified copy of your highest qualification (senior certificate/Grade 12 certificate/ relevant school-leaving qualifications/certificates).
• Pay an R250 non-refundable application fee and attach proof of payment. Important to note: Use your ID number as the reference when making a payment.
• Email the application form, certified copies of your ID, qualification(s) and proof of payment to apply@sants.co.za.
• SANTS will notify you once your completed application has been received and notify you of the outcome within 21 days.
