For admission to the various degree programmes, several tests are available to ensure that students are prepared and capable of completing the course.
MBA
GMAT
EMBA
EMBA applicants have two options: GMAT – Write the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and obtain an acceptable GMAT score. A GMAT score of 550 will ordinarily be required. National Benchmark Test (NBT) plus Management Career Path Appreciation Assessment (MCPA) – With this option, EMBA applicants are required to write the Academic and Quantitative Literacy (AQL) sections of the National Benchmark Test as well as the Management Career Path Appreciation Assessment.
PGDip
PGDip candidates applying via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route are required to write the AQL section of the National Benchmark Test (NBT). In certain cases, the GSB Admissions Board reserves the right to waive the NBT requirement. Please ensure that you book your NBT test early as places are limited at the venues.
