SCHOOL FEES
School fees are compulsory and are set by the parent body at an annual meeting which is held towards the end of
each year. The total school fee for the year is due before 31 January of the relevant year.

If you are unable to pay your school fees by 31 January of the relevant year arrangements must be made with the school to pay the fees over 10 months. If you pay your total school fee by 31 January of the relevant year, you are entitled to a 10% discount.

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES
We encourage parents to pay by debit order or internet banking. In the interest of security, our school tries to minimise
the handling of money on school premises.

EXEMPTIONS
Exemptions are available for parents who cannot pay their school fees. If you need assistance, please contact the
credit controller. Exemptions will only be granted to parents who submit all relevant documentation. In accordance with legislation, an ANNEXURE A form must be completed for every child at Beaconhurst School.

SCHOOL FEE DEFAULTERS
You need to communicate with the credit controller on a regular basis.
