Programme Overview

The aim of the programme is to develop Sports Science Practitioners and Sports Administrators who are capable to practice fundamentals of sports science and act as advisors to Clubs and National teams in various sporting disciplines in areas of Sorts Administration, Fitness Testing, Talent Identification and development as well as Movement Performance Analysis.

Entry Requirements:

Normal Entry: A student must have passed at least five (5) subjects at Ordinary levels, including English language, Mathematics and a Science subject with Grade C or better and at least two (2) subjects at Advanced Level in any of the following subjects; Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Sociology, Geography, Management of Business, Economics, Accounting and Physical Education.

Special Entry: At least 5 ‘O’ levels including English language and Mathematics and a
Diploma in Sport or Education specializing in Physical Education from recognized Institutions.

Mature Entry: At least 5 ‘O’ levels including English language and Mathematics, and should be above 25 years of age. Applicants are required to attend interviews designed to assess their maturity and suitability for admission to the programme.
